I’ve been working in the mental health field for nearly 20 years, supporting people as they heal their relationship with food and themselves. I use a mix of CBT, DBT, ACT, Gestalt therapy, and Intuitive Eating, and I always tailor our work to what feels most helpful for you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, less caught up in perfectionism, and more in control of your relationship with food.
